Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy Bear Recipe
These homemade gummies that are fun to make and can be enjoyed during any season! This recipe is a quick and very easy recipe that allows you to get your daily dosage of ACV. If you are unable to find apple cider during the Spring and Summer months, as it is generally a seasonal thing, try substituting with apple juice!
Now, let’s get into the benefits of consuming ACV – or Apple Cider Vinegar daily – I’ve gone ahead and listed a few below:

If you are familiar with ACV, you may already know that it is a bit hard to swallow – literally – even after diluting and adding honey and cinnamon, which is how I prefer to drink it each morning. It can be a bit tart, but this is a quick and easy way to make sure that you are reaping the rewards, by popping a few Apple Cider Vinegar gummy bears!
First, gather your ingredients
- 1 ½ c. Mayer Bros. Apple Cider (any kind should work perfectly)
- ½ c. Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 ¾ tbsp. Sola Bee Wine Country Wildflower raw honey (again, the choice is yours)
- 4 tbsp. (about 4 pouches) of Knox unflavored gelatin
- Silicone mold (I found mine on Amazon)
Then, heat the apple cider and ACV until it reaches a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and add the raw honey – stirring until thoroughly mixed.
Next, you will slowly add your 4 tbsp. (or 4 pouches) of unflavored gelatin to the mixture and mix until dissolved. *If you add a bit at a time, rather than pouring the entire 4 tbsp. at once, you will avoid any lumps.
Now it’s time to add the gummy mixture to the molds! I transferred my mixture to a glass measuring cup to make it a bit easier to work with.
Fill your molds with the ACV mixture and place in the fridge to chill – about 30 mins. Once the mixture is firm, pop the gummies out of the mold and store in the fridge.
And there you have it – super easy ACV gummies! So, don’t forget to grab a few in the morning as you are preparing for your day!
